To exchange or return a product, please go to this link and start a return process.
DCK accepts exchanges in the 15 (fifteen) consecutive days following the day that the order is received, as long as the product stays intact with the original size & price tag.
Exchange on our Store: You can exchange or return a product bought online on our physical Store in Lisbon.
Products bought on Retailers or different Stores (for example El Corte Inglés) cannot be exchanged or returned in our Store.
Returns in store will be refunded via the same way used for the initial payment.
Important Note: Products bought with discount can only be exchanged for Products in the "Outlet" section. Products from previous collections cannot be exchanged for products of newer collections.
It is strictly necessary that the original size tag has not been removed and the shorts have not been worn.

The package must be returned complete as delivered (it can be in a different envelope/box than the one you have received), and together with all documentation received, specifically the Invoice.
The original size tag cannot have been removed and the product cannot have been worn. Otherwise, the exchange will be canceled.
DCK will analyze and evaluate whether the product is intact and suitable for exchange or refund.
It is the client's responsibility to cover shipping costs related to exchange & return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
